He is voiced by Lee Millar in first movie and Jeff Bennett in the second movie.

Appearances[]

Lady and the Tramp[]

In the first film, Aunt Sarah called him to get Tramp and take him away. In the end, he is stopped by Jock and Trusty. He even hammered some signs, lost his net and dognapped Lady.

Lady and the Tramp II: Scamp's Adventure[]

He was seen with Buster and the other junkyard dogs trying to throw his hat around. At first, it looked like he captured Buster, however he escapes and got the best of him. Later, the Dogcatcher caught Reggie after he was chasing Scamp and Angel. Eventually, due to Buster's actions, he captures Scamp without a collar, having him sent to the pound. In the end, he was defeated by Angel.

Comics[]

In one of the Disney adventure comics, he also ended up arrested when, while trying to hunt down Scamp and Angel, accidentally put his dog-catching net on a bunch of wigs at a wig shop and on the wig shop owner.
